DELIVERY TIME
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of order placement. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Once the dispatch happens, delivery may take 1-7 business days depending on destination city. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
The shipping company will make three delivery attempts. Incase of a failed delivery attempt its returned back to us and if for the delivery to be made again the customer will bear the delivery cost plus the return cost. Refunds will be provided after deducting 20% of the total order cost in case it's a failed delivery.
Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take 4-6 weeks to dispatch depending on the order. The same will be informed to you via email.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
